Delivery, Returns & Withdrawal
DELIVERY: Orders are prepared after payment and shipped by courier. See the Shipping page for timing. Fees and free-shipping thresholds appear at checkout.
WITHDRAWAL: Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without reason (statutory exceptions reserved).
RETURNS: Items should be unused, undamaged and preferably in original packaging. Notify us by email/form; return shipping instructions will follow.
EXCEPTIONS: Custom-made goods prepared to the consumer’s specifications may be excluded from withdrawal.
REFUNDS: After a valid withdrawal, amounts are refunded to the original payment method within the legal period.
