Distance Sales Agreement
This agreement is concluded electronically under Turkish distance-selling regulations between the seller and the consumer.
1. PARTIES: Seller details are in the «Seller details» box. The buyer is identified by the name, address, phone and email provided at checkout.
2. SUBJECT: Sale and delivery of the ordered product(s) as shown in the order summary.
3. FORMATION: The contract is formed when the buyer accepts the pre-information and this agreement and completes payment.
4. PAYMENT & DELIVERY: Payment via PayTR; delivery by courier to the stated address.
5. WITHDRAWAL: Consumers may withdraw within the statutory period (generally 14 days); exceptions (e.g. custom-made) are on the Returns page.
6. DISPUTES: Turkish consumer law applies; consumer arbitration boards / courts have jurisdiction.
